 | The Peace and Conflict Journalism Training 2 was held last February 15-18 at the Malasag Eco-Tourism Village in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines with twenty-six (26) media practitioners, teachers and students present.
A session on Trauma marks a first in this training, which prompted some of the participants to share their expertise on the subject and even their personal experiences. Some participants look forward to echoing learnings from this training to colleagues and apply them to work. One, in particular, said: “My daily reports will definitely benefit from this.” Another shared:
“I will apply this to my news coverage and editorial judging.” |
