2007-10-08 - PECOJON Timor Leste |
| On September 27,2007 PECOJON Timor Leste was officially founded through handshake between International Coordinator Antonia Koop and fresh appointed National Coordinator Francisco “Chico” Da Silva. The foundation is result of the expanded operations of PECOJON in South East Asia and was decided after closing of the first Peace and Conflict Journalism Training (PJ1) conducted in Timor Leste in September. The National Secretariat will be based in Dili, located at the Timor Leste Media Development Center (TLMDC). Details will be published soon under the section National Network on this website. | |

 | NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATION PJ 1, October 12 to 15, 2007 PECOJON will once again run another Peace and Conflict Journalism Training on October 12 to 15, 2007 in Davao City at the Eden Nature Park and Resort. This training is the last PJ 1 scheduled for this year’s training program. Deadline for the submission of Application Form will be on September 28, 2007. Final list of accepted participants will be released on October 03, 2007. Registration fee is 300 PhP for non-PECOJON members and 150 PhP for members. | | | | | | |
