first two AWARDEES of the PECOJON BLUE INK AWARD.

Ryan Rosauro of the Philippine Daily Inquirer with an entry “Islamizing Politics: An Antidote to Poll Fraud”

and

Patrick Jay Pangilinan of the Visayan Daily Star with an entry “Selling halo-halo in Peace”

 Mr. Rosauro and Mr. Pangilinan will receive a 100% tuition fee scholarship grant for the M.A. in Conflict and Reconciliation Studies at the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod.
