| DATU PIANG, Maguindanao - Ten months after hostilites broke out in Central Mindanao, many internally displaced persons are still living in evacuation camps like the one in Datu Piang town, Maguindanao, where conditions are so appalling that aid agencies warned of an impending humanitarian crises.
